Dr. Michael Flaschka is leading the Growth & Innovation team at PwC Switzerland. Besides his business development and innovation role, he is responsible for strategic planning and projects at PwC Switzerland, working closely with the Swiss CEO and leadership team. On an international level, he coordinates the Markets functions and activities across PwC Europe. In this capacity, he represents PwC Europe in the global Salesforce leadership team which allows to share his experience and passion for customer centricity, CRM and marketing & sales technology within the PwC network.
