Cracking the growth equation with the Career Conference

At PwC, we place great emphasis on growing our development muscles and strive to empower our diverse talent workforce through our customised approach to learning and development. One of the recent activities in this regard is the Career Conference: for the first time, we’ve carried out a well-rounded two-week programme with individual as well as group sessions to provide our people with learning and development opportunities so that they can shape their career, crack the growth equation and grow their own way.

Here are some highlights from this year’s Career Conference:

Our People and Organisational Development team organised 10 group sessions and 52 individual sessions, available to all our lines of service.
Trainings revolved around career planning, sustainable performance, making the most out of feedback as a coach and many more.
Over 100 PwC employees joined with 230+ training participations (many people attending multiple sessions).
