Terms and conditions apply, the most important ones are:
- Register all referrals through our HC tool Workday before the person you recommend applies directly or indirectly.
- Register one referral per job requisition if several openings can be considered.
- Notify your friend about the referral and get their approval.
- Ask your friend to formally apply using the link they receive in the referral email.
