Your Onboarding Journey
Your onboarding experience consists of three phases: Prepare – Arrive – Perform.
The roadmap below outlines your onboarding journey, giving you an overview of all important milestones until you are fully onboarded.
During the first month you will:
- embark on your new adventure at PwC starting with the Welcome Days
- meet your Coach and Buddy
- get familiar with PwC and our systems such as Salesforce and other important tools
- build your first network
- complete multiple important milestones on your onboarding journey
