About our roundtables
Our team has created the Executive Compensation Design Roundtables for Corporate HR heads and C&B heads to hear and exchange about market trends.
These roundtables are exclusively reserved for companies who have purchased the report on executive compensation design in Switzerland. This report contains an overview of compensation models of the Board of Directors and Executive Committees in the Top 100 Swiss listed companies as well as company profiles that provide specific information for all Top 100 Swiss listed companies.

Six virtual “ERFA” (Erfahrungsaustausch) sessions on compensation topics (1 hour each)
All participants can either communicate their interests in advance or ask ad hoc questions during the sessions. C&B experts can use these sessions to share information in a confidential set-up (closed roundtable)
