About the event
This November, we are offering a 90 minutes Financial Reporting Breakfast events at the PwC offices in Basel, Geneva and Zurich to give you an update on recent financial reporting developments primarily relevant for preparers of IFRS financial statements.
We will cover, among others, a general update on standard-setting and maintenance projects, which will likely impact IFRS Accounting Standards preparers in the near future, as well as a deep-dive into selected IFRS 18 application questions. Moreover, we’ll introduce you to the Federal council consultation to align Swiss sustainability reporting obligations with the EU CSRD, and discuss recent efforts of the IASB to promote consistency of information presented in the financial statements and other parts of the annual report (e.g. sustainability report).
The events are free of charge. The events in Zurich will be held in English and German. The events in Basel and Geneva will be held in English.
