About the event
Organisations face accelerating disruption to jobs and skills and need to address this challenge urgently if they are to successfully adopt new technologies, adapt to disruption and stay competitive. Developing skills is also top-of-mind for employees: 51% of respondents in Switzerland in PwC’s latest Workforce Hopes & Fears survey say that the opportunity to learn new skills would play a large or very large role in deciding whether to change employer; but half also say they aren’t getting enough opportunity to learn new skills at work. Leading companies are addressing these challenges by transforming into skills-based organisations.
What is needed to successfully close skills gaps? What is the role of AI and what distinguishes the main vendors? How can the effectiveness of learning interventions be measured? This event will bring together L&D and HR leaders in our Zürich Experience Centre to learn from each other and from PwC’s experts and plan how to solve common challenges.
