As an extension to Microsoft‘s AI Tour Event in Zurich in March 2025, we’re inviting selected clients to a unique event hosted by PwC and Microsoft.
A lot has happened in the two years or so since the world was hit by the GenAI storm. As companies tread the line between opportunity and new tech risk, two big questions loom: How much true business value has the new GenAI reality helped create so far and, importantly, where are we heading? And how will we effectively create, capture and measure AI-enabled business impact?
Together with our partner Microsoft and a line-up of eminent academic and industry leaders, we’ll be tackling these questions with you from the perspective of four different functions: sales & marketing, finance, human resources and, of course, cyber.
The event will be unique opportunity to find out what’s going on in GenAI, what’s working in terms of boosting top-line growth, and what the future holds – in short, the chance to gain precious ideas and inspiration to boost the contribution of your own business function!
When looking for truly tangible business value creation through AI, initially the focus has been on M365 Copilot to drive personal productivity. Value cases with true impact on top or bottom line have been challenging to find and greatly depend on individual adoption levels. Pivoting from personal productivity to process optimisation, significant value creation now comes within reach.
We will share a view of PwC’s and Microsoft’s market-leading approach to Copliot Agents and the value promise it holds.

Up until now, the AI HR function has supported insights on employees through standard reporting on data from operational systems and some surveys. By incorporating unstructured data into these insights, you can significantly reduce the need for surveys and enable a more intuitive employee experience (EX). Additionally, leveraging unstructured data, such as collaboration data, can enhance employee engagement and productivity. By uncovering your internal social network and identifying the interests of your employees, you can empower life-long learning and improve succession planning.
