Zurich, 29 April 2022 – In October 2021 (read the press release), PwC and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) announced an agreement under which CD&R funds will acquire PwC's Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services business. The transaction has officially closed as of 29 April 2022. With the completion of this transaction, the new standalone company is now called Vialto Partners.
