Private equity firm Naxicap Partners announced on 22 June 2021 the acquisition of a majority stake in the “Groupe 3R - Réseau Radiologique Romand”, alongside the founder and the management team.
The Groupe 3R is a leading radiology network, with 160 employees, operating 12 centres in 4 different cantons across Western Switzerland. In a time when artificial intelligence will deeply change the practice, Groupe 3R intend to stay at the forefront of innovation as Naxicap Partners and the management team ambition to become the leader in Switzerland. The Group’s business model and implementation of artificial intelligence in the radiology practice could be replicated by Naxicap Partners in France, Germany and other neighbouring countries on future acquisitions.
