The Corporate Finance/ M&A team is pleased to announce that neo Technologies SA (“neo”) joins CISEL group (“CISEL”). PwC supported the sellers as lead financial advisor as well as legal advisor on the transaction.
Formed in 2004 by Romande Energie, Services Industriels de Lausanne (SiL) and the municipality of Lutry, neo is a leader in consulting services and SAP solutions and provides its services with more than 70 consultants to energy markets, public sector and manufacturing customers. Initially mainly serving its shareholders, neo has become a trusted partner for customers across Switzerland. Being one of the largest recognized Swiss SAP competence centers, neo is specialized in the implementation and administration of SAP solutions and hosting and cloud services. Moreover, neo is also offering in-house solutions for smart metering to major players in the Swiss utilities market.
CISEL is a Swiss IT services leader focused on mid-market Swiss companies and Swiss public governmental entities (federal, cantonal and communal). CISEL’s expertise covers a wide range of offerings from managed IT services, IT security, ERP implementation, and Cloud migration services, among others. The new formed group, with a staff of nearly 200 employees, is claiming a leading position in the SAP and IT consulting market in the Romandie and across Switzerland.
