The Swiss Corporate finance team is pleased to announce that two shareholders of Translait have successfully entered into an agreement to sell their stakes to another existing shareholder. We supported the shareholders throughout the negotiations and finalization of the transaction.
Founded in 1950, Translait is a leading producer of dairy co-products in Switzerland. The family owned company manufactures and transports dairy co-products such as whey and supplemental food powders for human and livestock consumption. The raw materials are being locally sourced and processed in its production facilities in the Western part of Switzerland. The transaction ensures that the shareholders of the company are aligned on the future strategic expansion into international markets and new product offerings.
