Team and Partner Assistants

Assistants – our irreplaceable support

PwC is number one when it comes to advice on financial, tax or legal issues and assurance. We have 14 locations in Switzerland, plus one in Liechtenstein, serving international companies, public sector bodies and wealthy individuals. Given these demanding tasks, each PwC partner and team requires an assistant to take care of the day-to-day management, and to keep everything running smoothly. This enables our partners, teams, consultants and auditors to concentrate on their work with our clients.
If you're communicative, committed and responsible and have a talent for organisation, we'd love to get to know you.

Your options? Countless!

We have three lines of service and our internal services. This may not seem much at first, but each area has a wide range of opportunities for you.

What we expect from you

Dedication to success and building relationships

People and successful relationships are particularly important in our business where these factors contribute so much to our client services.

A relationship-oriented approach helps to develop long-term, respectful relationships with work colleagues and with our clients.

So we expect you to ...

  • show initiative right from the start.
  • enjoy team work, and be happy to take responsibility.
  • keep a cool head at all times.
  • regard challenge as an opportunity to grow.
  • learn from experience, and apply your learning in new contexts.
  • seek respectful collaboration with people inside and outside PwC.
  • act with professional and human integrity.
  • be open about your strengths and weaknesses.

What you can expect from us

Varied work and a strong team culture

Whichever path you choose, boredom certainly won't be a problem.

You'll be supporting project teams, coordinating appointments and events, organising meetings and carrying out research. In addition, your tasks will include preparing presentations, answering emails, checking and processing invoices, and you'll also be looking after databases and an Intranet, and … The list goes on and on.

Your first two days are your "Introduction Days", where you will learn all the important things you need to know about PwC.  Then you start work - supported by your personal buddy who will share his or her knowledge and experience with you. This will help you with the small everyday routines of office life, and get you networking from the start.

Then you're up and running – but, of course, you won't be on your own. Whilst you're with us you'll have a coach to give you ongoing feedback for your personal and professional development. And naturally, you'll also have the support of your team.
