Elora is a Manager in PwC Switzerland’s People & Organisation practice with a decade of experience in leading transformation teams to support clients across the UN and NGO ecosystem as well as the private sector. She is passionate about helping clients understand sustainability, their vision for it and how they can prepare their people and structures to be fit for the future by taking action now.

With a background in International Development and multicultural environments, Elora is a specialist across a variety of topics including sustainability communications and vision creation, sustainability training, intersectional diversity, equity and inclusion, cultural shift, leadership succession planning, learning strategy, integrity, well-being, performance management, organisational design and change management.

She effects real systemic change by centring how we as individuals think, speak-up and influence our own behaviours and our social networks.
